Using BasketScore

By creating an account or using BasketScore, you agree to these terms and the community guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms where you live. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email and sign-in method secure.

Use one personal account unless BasketScore gives written permission for another.

Do not impersonate another person, mislead other users, sell an account, or automate account activity.

Tell BasketScore promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed your account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report unauthorised access.

Predictions and scoring

BasketScore is a free sports-prediction competition. It is not a betting service, does not accept wagers, and does not guarantee prizes or financial rewards.

Predictions must be submitted before the displayed deadline.

Points are calculated under the scoring rules published on the Rules page.

Official result corrections may change points, rankings, round awards, and statistics after a game first appears finished.

Service or provider failures may delay a deadline, result, or ranking update. BasketScore may correct affected records to preserve fair competition.

Messages and other content

You keep ownership of messages, profile images, and other content you submit. You give BasketScore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

You must have the right to submit your content. Public messages, usernames, avatars, favourite-team badges, and competition statistics may be visible to other users.

Unacceptable use

Do not interfere with BasketScore, probe private systems, evade access controls, scrape at a harmful rate, introduce malicious code, manipulate predictions or rankings, exploit another account, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Chat and profile conduct is governed by the community guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, competition integrity, or the service.

Service availability

BasketScore may add, change, pause, or remove features. We work to keep schedules, statistics, live data, and scoring accurate, but third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

BasketScore software, branding, page design, and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Team names, competition names, logos, and other third-party material belong to their respective owners.

BasketScore is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Euroleague Basketball unless explicitly stated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BasketScore is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, unavailable data, account misuse, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending access and changes

You may stop using BasketScore or delete your account through Account settings. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, security risks, abuse, or competition manipulation.

We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
